Danish percussionist Henrik Larsen doing a all Aluphone recital. He will be performing new work writtens for the Aluphone, it is going to be very exciting!
Anders Koppel is right now working on a new concerto for Aluphone & Orchestra. It will be premiered in Odense, Denmark on January 16 and 17 by Evelyn Glennie with The Odense Symphony Orchestra.
Evelyn Glennie will do a very exciting concert with the Odense Symphony Orchestra playing Anders Koppels new concerto for Aluphone.
The concert will be January 2014 in Odense, Denmark.

The Aluphone rang in its world debut during the torch lighting of the opening of the Olympic Games in London. The Aluphone was carefully chosen for its unique, inspirational tones and it is now being used in a variety of musical styles.
Anders Aastrand was in Lexington, KY at the Batcave studios for a week in May and did a recording together with James Campbell and Evaristo Aguilar. We used a lot of nice sounds from James collection plus the fantastic Aluphone!! We hope to get the CD out to PASIC ( beginning of November)
